Therefore, all your interactions should be for the serious purpose of marriage only, so that the process of good matches becomes easier for everyone and respect and dignity remain intact.

• Matchmaking Process: We search among existing profiles to create matches.
• Time Duration: No specified time period for normal registration fee.
• Verifications: We verify all information provided after registration to our satisfaction.
• Our Privacy Policy: We do not share personal information or photos of any male/female client on social media. All client information (name, address, photos, documents) remains within the bureau and is not shared with any unrelated person without privacy policy and client permission.

Please note that we require four things for registration. If any one of these is missing, we will not register the client:

• Candidate Photos: At least two recent clear photos without filters/makeup (Photos of veiled women are not shared with any family without their permission).
• ID Verification: Copy of candidate's ID card/passport (copy must be shown for address and age verification, not given).
• Complete Profile: Complete registration form including candidate's personal and family details and all necessary requirements for marriage. Click for Complete Registration Form
• Registration Fee: Full payment of the mutually agreed registration fee.

• Visit Charges: If our representative goes with you for a family visit, you will pay him Rs. 5,000 for pick and drop within Lahore city limits, and for outside Lahore (according to distance) visit charges.
• Benefits: Visiting your home and family is beneficial for you, helpful for better matching, and also saves time from being wasted.
• Optional Service: Home and family visit is not a mandatory condition. Only if you and we agree will our team visit your home (charges will be in addition to registration fee).

• Contact Number: Never take the contact number of another family without the permission of our representative. If needed, we will give you the family's number ourselves.
• Keep Updated: If we give you a family's contact number, you must inform us about every visit and progress so that trust is maintained and we can guide you about other families when needed.
• Direct Contact: Avoid any deliberate or unintentional attempt to go direct with any family introduced by us.
• Re-contact: If you refuse a family after visiting them, you will not contact that family again without informing us. If you do so and also marry there, you will be bound to pay our agreed fee plus penalty.
• Conversation Method: Initially, the boy will not talk directly to the girl without our permission and the girl's family's permission. If there is any compulsion or necessity, inform us; finding a solution is our responsibility. It is better that men from the boy's family talk to men from the girl's family, and women talk to women, as is the way of respectable and family people.
• Investigation Responsibility: The complete responsibility for investigation regarding the match will be of the parties, and UK Marriage Bureau will not be responsible at all because the bureau only investigates for its own satisfaction. Therefore, do not finalize the match until you are satisfied.
• Reminder: After registration, may Allah grant you a match without delay, but if there is a delay for any reason, you must remind us once a week via call or WhatsApp message because we are also human, and busyness and forgetfulness are also part of us.

Note: Form/registration fee or Buraaq service advance fee (whether low or high) has no relation with the full fee. This (advance charges) is only the (processing) fee for match search.

If you have limited time and want to finalize a match quickly, then you will need to take our Buraaq (Emergency Service):

• Quick Match: Guarantee of match within fifteen (15) to ninety (90) days.
• Special Fee: Its registration fee is three times more than normal (but non-refundable).
• Detailed Review: The decision for Buraaq service registration is made after knowing the client's complete details and required requirements.

• We are bound: If the information provided by us, God forbid, turns out to be false and you cancel the match before marriage on this basis, then UK Marriage Bureau will be bound to arrange another match within the paid registration and full fee, and you will not be asked for registration or full fee again.
• Ethical Principles: In case of any immoral, un-Islamic, and indecent act by you with any family, or lying, deception, or fraud with UK Marriage Bureau, your registration may be cancelled and legal action may be taken against you according to UK Marriage Bureau's terms and conditions.
• Adherence to Agreement: Every Muslim (especially professionals) should be bound to their agreements. Therefore, the bureau (UK Marriage Bureau) is also bound to every agreement made with its clients. But if any matter is not agreed upon in writing with you, then the written terms displayed in the bureau's office will apply.
• Right to Change: The bureau has full authority to change its charges and terms and conditions at any time, which cannot be challenged.
• Change in Requirements: If you make any change (decrease/increase) in your requirements told at the time of registration, our charges will also change (decrease/increase).
