Yes, at least one recent photograph is mandatory for registration as it is an essential part of our professional matchmaking system.
For Privacy-Conscious Women: For ladies who observe Hijab/Pardah, photos are kept strictly confidential in UK Marriage Bureau's internal files. Your photo will never be shared with any client via WhatsApp, email, or any other medium.
Our Process & Services
The first step is to register with us by choosing a suitable package from our Packages Page. If you need detailed information before registering, you can book a paid personal consultation via our Appointment Page.
Once you are registered, our structured and confidential process begins:
- Profile Creation: We work with you to create a detailed and confidential profile that accurately represents the candidate.
- Matchmaking: Our experienced team starts searching for suitable matches from our private database based on your specific criteria.
- Proposal Sharing: We share handpicked, compatible proposals with you for your review.
- Formal Introduction: If both families express mutual interest, we facilitate a formal, respectable introduction.
- Follow-up: We maintain communication and follow up with both parties until a final decision is made.
Yes, you can register at our office. However, you must book an appointment in advance and pay the required meeting fee. Once your appointment is confirmed, we will guide you with the complete procedure and provide our office location details.
Fees & Payments
We do not have a fixed fee structure. The fee is determined based on your status, requirements, and the complexity of your case. For a straightforward case where finding a match is not difficult, the fee can be minimal.
As per our policy, standard registration and advance fees are generally non-refundable. However, conditional refunds are considered for high-value packages if no match is found within the service year, provided this was agreed upon in writing at the time of registration. Absolutely! For women and girls who are genuinely deserving and without support—especially orphans or those under the care of a widowed mother—our service is provided Fi Sabilillah (completely free of charge). No registration fee is taken, and there are no charges of any kind later on.

If a proposal is required based on very specific criteria, location, or preference, our professional search team dedicates special efforts to the case. Therefore, a suitable service charge will apply, which will be communicated based on the nature of the case.
